| Sonia Kashuk Star Studded 7-piece Brush Set $24.99 |
These
are my current everyday brushes. I came from using my fingers and elf's
$1.00 brushes to these :D My goal this year was to start doing make up
tutorials so investing in better brushes and an HD camcorder was a
must!!! I am closer to my goal. There are still a lot of growing and
learning along the way but I'm so proud of what I have accomplish so
far.
- 6 essential eye and 1 face brushes~ glossy turquoise and gold accents.
- chic woven clutch
- made from synthetic and cruelty-free goat hair.
*Most brushes in this kit, I believe can be purchased individually.
THE REVIEW
Powder/Blush Brush
- A must have brush in this kit. I love the size of this brush. It's also very soft. It picks up a good
amount of product and blends blush beautifully.
*I use this brush for powder and blush.
*I use this brush for powder and blush.
Large Angled Eye Shadow Brush - Another super soft brush. This brush can be used on the crease and blended up, good for people with more eyelid space. As for me, I have a small eyelid space so I can't use it on the crease. I have use it on the lids up to brow bone on my Spring Inspired/Color Blocking make up tutorial :D
* This is not a must have for me, because it is a bit large for my eyes.
Eye Shadow Brush - Great for applying eye shadows on the eyelids. A must have for everyday make up.
*I use this to pack eye shadows on my eyelids.
Crease Brush - A dome shaped, flexible, and dense brush. It can and will blend cream as well as powder eye shadows. Again, super soft and no scratching or poking done to the eye when blending effortlessly. Yes, another must have :)
*I use this for blending and I love it.
Shader Brush - A stiff small brush. Perfect for applying highlight to the tear duct and eye shadow to the lower lash line. Can also be used to smudge eye liner.
Spoolie - No comment
Bent Eyeliner Brush -Great for applying gel liners, black eye shadow as a liner or any liner besides pencil.

These brushes were purchased by me and I'm not getting paid to review them. Everything stated are honest opinions.
Overall these brushes are a great permanent replacement for my $1.00 elf brushes from last year :] There are many other brush brands I still want to try out, but since I'm a beauty on a budget person Sonia Kashuk is good enough for now lol. These brushes were purchased by me and I'm not getting paid to review them. Everything stated are honest opinions.
